Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
• Items shipped from overseas suppliers: 7–21 business days

  We deliver to UK addresses only. Some items may be dispatched directly from our international fulfilment partners, which may result in longer delivery times. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Accurate Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please report it to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@comfortia.co.uk with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers, including those shipping to UK countries, are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, are determined by your local customs office, and are entirely beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure of applicable charges.
